Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store.
Please be aware that if one item has free shipping, another item may charge for shipping and your Shopping Cart will reflect the shipping charge based on the items only with shipping fees.
You may add any product to the Shopping Cart and put in your zip code to get the shipping cost(s) for that product, or for the entire order.
*We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) or FED EX GROUND as our carriers at this time.
Some products specifically state which method is used for shipping - you may find this information on the product page if applicable.
BOOK Products, DOWNLOADABLE products (E-Books/PDF/Kindle and Mp3 audio files) & RESOURCES - All sales are final.
We will issue replacment only for defective products- CD's, DVD's within 30 days of purchase.

We cannot issue refund or credit for any downloadable products, regardless of the reason.
You may return VITAMINS or SUPPLEMENTS purchased from Sedona Naturals / SuperHealth, LLC within thirty (30) days of the date your product was shipped. You can choose to receive a refund in the original form of payment, or a merchandise credit for the purchase price of unopened or opened items - Less Shipping fees (which are non-refundable).
Returns for vitamins or supplements may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to process.

For returns, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period.
EMERGENCY FOOD SUPPLY are not considered vitamins or supplements, but we do offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of actual shipping of your product. You must call for a Return Authorization Number - stating reason for return, your original order #, if bucket is opened, and if any food supply packages were used/opened. We will not reimburse for any shipping charges incurred with the return of this product to us.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of unopened items in the original form of payment and purchase price merchandise credit for opened items - Less Shipping fees (which are non-refundable).

WATER FILTRATION PRODUCTS have a 30 day guarantee from the date of actual shipment of your order. We will refund unopened/unused products -less shipping fees (which are non-refundable), in the original form of payment used. We will exchange only any used or opened products for exact same product, or similar- like product if warrantied item is no longer available, as per 30 day warranty for any defective items. (we will pay shipping charges to send new product to you for replacement).

International Returns or Packages Refused & Packages stopped by customs:
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Sedona Naturals / SuperHealth LLC for the return of the package.
If the USPS return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, Sedona Naturals / SuperHealth LLC will instruct USPS to abandon the order, and there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.
If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the consignee's country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.
If the package is stopped by customs upon return to the United States, and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.
